I value the life and safety of my clients and keep their safety at the forefront of my real estate business.

I comply with directives from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Virginia state and local County requirements.

I wear face masks and face shields at all times while with clients. I require all persons entering a property to immediately have their hands sprayed with sanitizer, remove footwear or wear shoe booties, and wear a face mask/face covering, and gloves at ALL times.

Buyers and others touring homes are instructed to avoid touching any surfaces in the home, such as light switches, cabinet and door handles.

To prevent the need to touch those surfaces, prior to the tour,  I open all doors and cabinets, turning on and off all lights and wiping them with sanitizing wipes. I additionally wipe high-touch surfaces with sanitizing wipes. I also spray the rooms with sanitizing spray such as Lysol or Microban.

In addition to the aforementioned practices, for vacant listings I use an ozone generator for an added level of sanitation.
